ABOUT ROBBIE HUTCHISON

Musical Background

Robbie has been making music from a very young age. From playing drums at the local village gala day at the age of three, to capturing and producing full albums in his bedroom from the age of 14.

Since joining the professional music industry aged 15 playing drums for a Blondie tribute band, he has enjoyed branching his skills out professionally into the recording, composing and session industry. He has been lucky enough to share stages with artists such as Lewis Capaldi, the Noisettes, the Darkness, Skerryvore and others.

'If I Needed You'

Here's a recent piece I worked on. This was written 2 years ago but was only recorded in December when we had studio time at Castlesound. This track features me playing (drums, percussion, backing vocals), producing and mixing. Give it a listen and let me know what you think!
